Holidays are on! Yipee! Today I went to a holiday programme at st.johns,I met alot of nice people. I had a fun,happy time. We played fun games like soccer,octopus and crafts ,today our craft was a lid decorated with things and kind words you are.

I’m at the holiday progam again. But ...we did diffrent things today we did baseball,talked to someone we didn't know and make that person a present.I made a love heart box with glitter on it. We got ready for the trip to the muesum on thursday.

Today my mum had organised her friend to come over with her daughters Tyla and Sydnee. We played on the flying fox they were scared and didn`t go on first so I went first. I taught them some moves like The Swoop and the glide. Then we got fed-up doing that so we spyed on my brother but he caught us because we were giggling but it was fun. We did some drawing I sketched Tyla`s face
and Tyla drew a flower.

Today I went to the museum with the holiday programme. I learned that in the olden days they had milk monitors to poke holes in the foiltop and put straws in the milk bottles for the children to drink at morning tea.
Also I learned an elephant named Rajah was from auckland Zoo and had a bad temper.
They couldnt let children ride him and he became dangerous to the keepers
He had a terrible life because he had to get shot because people thought he was too dangerous.

Today I went to Hannah Montana:The movie with my friends Bailee and Renee. I think it was excelllent!
After the movie Bailee and I did some colouring once Renee had gone. I coloured in a picture of Cloe.(In ''Brats'') It was 4:00 when I went home. Since I have a flying fox Bailee wanted to try it out. She did it three times and then needed to go.

Today Bailee is sleeping over because her mum was going to a party for no kids. So I had to do lots of cleaning. (not my room my room is tidy) Then she came to my house and played on "Moshi Monsters.com." (we each have a monster)We played on that for a while and then
wached a movie called "Pet Detective JR."
Hey there Pipes!!! It sounds like you've been having a fabulous time. I went to the zoo today and saw some elephants eating hay - they were friendly ones. It was freeeeezzzzzzzing cold though!!! I'm glad you like Hannah Montana. I am going to see Harry Potter tomorrow (I think) with Darcy. Maybe you can show me how you do a swoop and glide - I am very good at the move I like to call "Splat!!".
I hope you're keeping up with mathletics. I have set you a couple more tasks - sorry - shouldn't take you too long - then you can beat the pants off some other kids with live mathletics after that!!! Eleanor misses you - me too.

Today Bailee is going home (but not going yet) we slept in untill9:30then Lachie woke us up by jumping on our bed and stepped on my foot.
And after that we checked on our monsters. Then we went on the flying fox but we only had one turn because it was cold as!! then she went. Forthe rest of the day i watched a movie called Grease it was marveouls. Then I went to sleep. I love the movie 'Grease'. My sisters (2 younger) and I used to pretend we were Olivia Newton John and we would sing and dance to all the songs. Mrs N

Today I am going to my freinds house for the day. We played on the playground and met Hayley there.
We went to the pool at Loyd Elsmore Park there was a blow up obsticle course and I got sprayed by freezing cold water and met Bailee there too.
We went to the park just across the road for an hour.
Then my dad picked me up when he got home from work.

Today my Gran came to look after me, Lachlan had gone to the rugby club holiday programme, so we decided to go to the movies. We saw the new movie Ice Age 3. I had some lollies and popcorn. The movie was fantastic and hed lots of funny things in it. Like when Sid had some eggs he had to look after.
15.7.09 Today my grandfather needs to come up to Aukland because he needs a heart operation for the second time. My grandma is coming too. Its a sad week this week with grandpa in hosptal. But Bailee is coming on Thursday to stay the whole day, her mum is working. I hope your Grandfather is alright. Say Hi to Gran from me. Mrs N:)
16.7.09Whoo!! Bailee is coming here today. She was meant to come at 8:30am but she came at 9:00. We went to the pool and there was a blow up obstacle course. It was fun but you needed to pay to go on the obstacle and it was a bit sad for my brother becauce it was for 7 year olds and over and he is only 5! Grandpa is okay! He had his operation and it was not as bad as we thought! I'm so pleased. Excellent!! Take good care of him won't you. I went to my Grandma and Grandpa's place for tea last night. Grandpa is 92 and Grandma is 88. Eleanor had to ask them lots of questions for homework. I love hearing their stories about when they were at school. What adventures!!!!! Mrs N:)

Today is shopping day(every time my grandparents come up we go shopping so I like to call it shopping day!)
when we go shopping. I bought a Taylor Swift CD and some highlighters. The Taylor Swift CD was called Ferless. We go out for the whole day.

18.7.09 Today I`m going to a party it`s Gloria`s. We went to Butterfly Creek (some people call it crocodille creek because there are two crocodilles there). We saw the crocodiles. One was called Grumpy because it was grumpy when it was moved in. And the other one is called Scar because it has a huge scar on it`s face. Sounds like it was loads of fun! Mrs N:)
19.7.09 I need to say bye to my grandperants today because they are going home. Grandpa has taken off the plasters that were on his wrist where they stuck the catheter in to look at his ateries. We dropped them at the airport. Then we went to a party.
September/October Holidays Monday 28.
Today my brother and I are going to the holiday programme a St Johns. This time my brother is coming because he hated the rugby one he went to last holidays!
We painted flower pots and planted flowers in them. It was sooo much fun I got paint all over me because of Kate putting paint all over us!!
At least my brother wasn`t in my group. (He`s always annoying)
Gloria and Keelan were in my group.
Tuesday 29.
Today we are at the holiday programme again. We had a choice of doing 3 different activities - cooking (Lachie did cooking), games or jewellery making. I did jewellery making - I made a necklace with a cross on it and dangly things hanging off it. At the end of the day we got to have some of the cup cakes and cake that was made by the others - YUM!!!
Wednesday 30.
Ohhhh - it is a horrible rainy day today! Mum isn't working today, so we stayed at home and I talked Mum into enrolling me at the Holiday Programme for Thursday because they are going to the ZOO! Gran called in this morning and we all went to the Scholastic Book Sale and Mum bought me some new chapter books. One of the books is Dirty Berty Yuck!
Thursday 1 October
This month is Lachlan's birthday month - he is sooooooooooo excited. He has been asking for the last six months 'Is this October?' We turned up to the Holiday Programme to find out that because the weather is so horrible, plans had changed to going bowling instead of the Zoo. I had fun bowling and I came fourth.
Friday 2.
We went to the school today so Mum could do some painting on the concrete to brighten up the school. There were other kids there, but I was the only girl and it was totally boring........
Saturday 3.
Maya came over to play today. It was fun. We played a game with Lachie after he got back from a birthday party. After Mum got home from work we watched a movie, it was called 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch'.
Sunday 4.
I went to my Uncle's place in Hamilton. Uncle Brendon and his family have just moved onto a small farm and my Nana had come to stay with them to look after my two cousins and me and Lachie for a few days. It was really wet, so we didn't get to go out on the farm today. Mum and Dad went back to Auckland and I slept on an airbed in Nana's room. My two cousins are a pain in the bottom! They have 2 sheep. Liam's lamb is called Emily and Joshua's is called Lady. They have 3 chickens too. But they don't lay eggs yet.
Monday 5.
Still raining. I watched DVD's all day. One was called Aquamarine and had Emma Roberts in it. I read some of the Dirty Bertie book too. Grandpa couldn't get back to Wairoa because of all the snow at Taupo - you may have heard about the roads being closed on the radio! So he came back to Uncle Brenny's.
Tuesday 6.
Today it is sunny - YES! We spent the whole day outside running around the field taking care of the chickens and the lambs. Lachie got an electric shock from the bull fence! We all went exploring in the swamp and got very dirty! Mum arrived after work had finished and I slept with her on the air bed in the lounge.
Wednesday 7.
Going home today. On the way back we went to Candyland. The one,the ultimate,lolly shop! We made a lollipop and saw how sweets are made. It was fun. My lollipop is a heart shape and Lachie's is a long swirly one. They taste like rockmelon but it is meant to be watermelon
Thursday 8.
Bailee came over today. We did some painting at home in the morning and then Mum had to go and do some painting at school again.....
When we got there Mum told us that Mrs Nugents ipod got stolen from the burglary! I saw the holder in there but no ipod!!
Once we came back from school I went to Bailee`s for a sleep-over we watched a movie called Aquarmarine.
Friay 9.
today I woke up early.
I had Coco pops for breakfast.
Maddy`s friend Ava went to kelly sports at 9:00am. After Ava went to kelly sports we headed to spotlight to get some stufff.
Then we had lunch at kfc at11:30! we tricked Bailee`s mum into saying it was 12:00!!!
